Vacant properties, especially if outdated, can take twice as long to sell as it's challenging for some purchasers to visualize the potential of an empty home. The listing agent for this charming condo sought Spaces by Eva staging services to work her magic and transform each room into an inviting space any buyer could easily fall in love with.
WHAT WE DID
A curated moodboard engaging a neutral colour story was presented to the client highlighting fresh paint recommendations and thoughtfully selected finishings. Focusing on the main living areas and the primary bedroom, Eva brought in key pieces that created a thoughtful layout so potential purchasers had a frame of reference for their own furniture placement. Tasteful decor, updated lighting and textiles were added to compliment the contemporary style and bring life into the empty condo. The neutral palette, greenery and textured pieces gave the space a light, airy and spacious feel.
