ABOUT THE PROJECT
Spaces by Eva was contracted for staging a new residential development in Nanaimo where the Developer wanted to showcase one of the vacant units. Eva's goal was to maximize the investment by creating spaces that looked amazing, felt personal, and were cohesive and complete.
WHAT WE DID
Anchoring the main living spaces with thoughtfully curated details and warm, indulgent textures, Eva focused on enhancing the Foyer, Living & Dining Rooms, Kitchen, and Primary Bedroom and Ensuite. Handpicked furniture pieces, lighting and artwork was selected specifically for each room and accessories individually sourced. The end result was met with an emotionally-inviting space that allowed potential purchasers to truly reflect on their own design aesthetic and how they envisioned living.
