When the original homeowners of this property made the decision to downsize and sell, their Real Estate Agent contracted Spaces by Eva’s restyling/staging services to create the absolute BEST possible first impression and captivate potential purchasers.

WHAT WE DID

Spaces by Eva focused on restyling and staging the main indoor and outdoor living areas while incorporating existing elements. Working as a team, Eva guided the homeowners towards what to declutter and de-personalize, removing any potential distractions for interested purchasers. We enhanced the placement of existing furniture that already fit the space, creating better flow and function. Stylized vignettes using the homeowners books and decor were placed on shelves and end tables while contemporary textiles (pillows, an area rug and decorative throws), artwork, accessories and greenery brought in by Spaces by Eva was arranged to enhance each room. A neutral drapery panel was utilized in the primary bedroom to veil the bulky, outdated headboard - transforming the bedroom into an inviting, peaceful and calming space! Harmonizing each room with a modernized and creative perspective, in conjunction with effective real estate marketing, yielded in a higher sale price with fewer days on market for these very happy homeowners!
